    In Dubai real estate since 2012

    Kirk is a lawyer by profession and joined the Dubai Real Estate Industry back in 2012 as a contract specialist for a conveyancing firm. The years of first-hand exposure to various intricacies, procedural requirements and conditions of every property transaction, coupled with his keen eye for detail, has developed into his unwavering enthusiasm for the Real Estate Law and Conveyancing practice.

    Kirk has also in depth knowledge and experience in corporate advisory transactions and company set-ups.

    Adhering to the principle that disputes are best avoided by sound and enforceable agreements that reflect the meeting of the minds of the parties, Kirk remains an advocate of effective contract writing and management.

    Conveyancer & Contracts Manager

    In Dubai real estate since 2020

    Kareen is a people person. A lawyer by profession and joined the Dubai Real Estate industry in 2020. She is passionate about building and maintaining a business that offers unrivalled customer service.

    With her years of experience in delivering seamlessly, various and complex office environment operations, combined with her legal education and finance background, people-focused approach, make her a very effective Conveyancer and Contracts Manager.

    Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family, and is an avid traveler.
