What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the name, email address and any mobile number and transaction details you choose to give us. The website does not accept file uploads - title deeds and identity documents are sent separately by email or WhatsApp at your choice.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a fixed-fee quote, and carry out the conveyancing work you instruct us to do.
Who we share it with
We share information with the Dubai Land Department, its appointed Trustee Offices, developers and other parties only to the extent required to complete the transaction you have instructed. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as required to complete your matter and to satisfy record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
